Refund policy

1. Right of Withdrawal (14-day cooling-off period)
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. This cooling-off period starts on the day after you, or a third party designated by you, receives the product.

2. Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to cancel the contract within the cooling-off period. This can be done via email, post, or by using a standard withdrawal form.

3. Return of Products
After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product.

• The costs for returning the product are borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
• The product must be returned, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging.

4. Refunds
We will reimburse all payments, including any standard delivery costs, within 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notification.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the product or until you have provided proof that you have returned it.

5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Products made according to the consumer’s specifications (custom-made items).
• Sealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken.
• Digital content not supplied on a tangible medium if the performance has begun with the consumer’s explicit consent.
• Services that have been fully performed with the consumer’s prior consent.

6. Depreciation
You are only liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.
