Article 3 – Applicability
These terms apply to all offers, orders, and distance agreements between Nopiy and consumers. Customers receive or can easily access these terms before completing a purchase.
Article 4 – The Offer
Offers are non-binding and described clearly with prices including VAT and shipping details. Errors or typos are not binding. Images are representative but colors may vary slightly.
Article 5 – The Agreement
The contract is formed once the consumer accepts the offer and payment is confirmed. Orders made electronically are securely processed. Nopiy may verify payment capability before accepting an order.
Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal
Consumers may cancel a purchase within 30 days after receiving the product. During this time, they must handle the product carefully. Returns must include all accessories and original packaging where possible.
Article 7 – Return Costs
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the item is incorrect or damaged due to Nopiy’s error. Refunds are made within 14 days once the return is received.
Article 8 – Exclusions from Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Article 9 – Prices
All prices include VAT. Prices remain fixed during the offer period except for legal changes (e.g., VAT).
Article 10 – Conformity & Warranty
Products must meet reasonable quality and usability standards. Warranty follows the manufacturer’s term. Damage from misuse, modification, or abnormal conditions is not covered.
Article 11 – Delivery
Orders are delivered to the provided address, usually within 30 days. Delays are communicated within this period. If an order cannot be fulfilled, the customer may cancel and receive a refund. Nopiy bears the risk until delivery.
Article 12 – Duration & Termination (for subscriptions)
Contracts can be terminated with one month’s notice. Fixed-term contracts may not be renewed automatically unless agreed under fair conditions.
Article 13 – Payment
Payments must be completed within 7 working days after the cooling-off period begins. Customers must report payment errors immediately.
Article 14 – Complaints
Complaints must be reported within 2 months after discovery. Nopiy responds within 14 days. If unresolved, disputes can be submitted to Stichting WebwinkelKeur or the EU ODR platform.
Article 15 – Disputes
Dutch law applies exclusively. The Vienna Sales Convention does not apply.
Article 16 – Deviations
Any additional or deviating terms must be in writing and not disadvantage the consumer.
